    GOLDEN RAW CHRISTMAS SWEETS

    Chia Seed Chocolate Pudding

    1 1/4 cup almond milk 1/4 cup chia seeds 3 tablespoons cacao powder Pinch of salt 1 tablespoon agave nectar or liquid honey   Measure all ingredients into a container with a tight lid. Shake the container until cacao powder completely dissolves. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours until the texture is thick and pudding like. Served with berries and mint. Enjoy without bad conscience!

    Last night I ran the DHL relay. The worlds biggest relay race in CPH!  25.000 teams - 125.000 runners in four cities, 95 % are corporate teams last 5% are private. There are 5 runners on each team, and each person runs a 5k with a stick in their hand which is then handed  to the next person.
