    DHL Relay in CPH


    Last night I ran the DHL relay. The worlds biggest relay race in CPH!  25.000 teams - 125.000 runners in four cities, 95 % are corporate teams last 5% are private. There are 5 runners on each team, and each person runs a 5k with a stick in their hand which is then handed  to the next person.     Beach Waves


    New products for long hair. I wash my hair 3-4 times a week and I always use conditioner.  I'm very excited to try Aussie's new Miracle Beach waves spray. They say it will give you a matt, textured, tousled style hair that looks like it’s straight off the beach that has been surfing on a sea-breeze. Not bad if you ask me! All of their products smell so sweet, almost like candy which I love.

    Vegetarian bean patties


    1 can of beans 2-3 carrots 1 red onion 1 teaspoon chili 2 spring onions 1 egg Salt and pepper 1 teaspoon cumin 2 cups rolled oats Start by blending the beans. Place this in a bowl.     Raw Vegan Almond Milk


    100 gram of raw almonds 1 litter of water 3 dates 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla Soak the nuts overnight with vanilla. Then add the dates and blend everything.
