    HOMEMADE RAW VEGAN CASHEW YOGHURT

    250 grams unsalted cashew nuts Juice of 3-4 lemons Water for blending until you feel the texture is like yogurt (Soak the nuts before blending if your blender is not that strong) 25 g of coconut oil to be blended in last.     Chia Seed Chocolate Pudding

    1 1/4 cup almond milk 1/4 cup chia seeds 3 tablespoons cacao powder Pinch of salt 1 tablespoon agave nectar or liquid honey   Measure all ingredients into a container with a tight lid. Shake the container until cacao powder completely dissolves. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours until the texture is thick and pudding like. Served with berries and mint. Enjoy without bad conscience!
