Egg White Chocolate Omelet

4 egg whites 1/2 Tablespoon of coco-powder Mix egg whites with coco-powder and panfry in a little bit of coconut-oil. Enjoy the omelet  with peanut-butter, berries and fresh mint.   Yes it is really that simple to eat clean!
