CHEER DEM CREW IN FULL EFFECT!

“If you don’t run then you must cheer” Quote; Charlie Dark founder of Run Dem Crew. So that I did all day with my new running crew at Mile 21. 300 confetti canons was used, 1 megaphone, 1 super loud elephant cowbell and a lot of blessing from Cheer Dem Crew. Run Dem People really know how to cheer their runners all the way to the finish line!

Saturday night I joined the “Midnight Ninja Crew” to put up motivation signs for the runners! 

Adidas 3 Stripes all over London’s streets… Gotta love it! There is something special about running a marathon, and next year I hope I’m able to run London- no doubt about that!
