COME RUN WITH US!


Last sunday Twinnies hosted our second Boost Copenhagen social run with Adidas.dk The purpose of these get togethers are to make people realize that running doesn’t have to be a tough deed! You don’t have to be a professional runner to run 5 or 10k! It can be fun!

This social run was a bit different then normal. Twinnies asked their personal trainer to come out and show us some good and fun exercises that can help you build your core and body strenght which is also very important for runners!

Here Emilie and her personal trainer Emme showed us how to do squats together! A great exercise as it helps you maintain your balance more easily.

Last but not least we did a fun sprint race with a chance to win small prices from Adidas! Even though I have long legs I wasn’t one of the fastest lol.

After our runs we always finish up with a healthy dinner or lunch all together. It’s such a nice way to end a run!
