CREW LOVE IS REAL LOVE
My first week in London has been absolutely amazing. Everybody is so nice and have taking such good care of me. Tuesday I ran for the first time with the legendary Run Dem Crew, I knew some of the runners from Bridge The Gap events around the world but it was great meeting the rest of the crew and Charlie Dark the founder who introduced me to everybody and made me feel very welcome. We ran 8K in different pace groups and most of the runners are training for the London Marathon in April like me. I'm so happy I get to run with this new crew, it made me feel like being home with NBRO-running!
Thursday night I attended a rainy Track Mafia at Paddington Recreation Ground with the legendary BitBeefy aka Cory Wharton- Malcolm. It was truly madness! Cory is a strict but also very good coach, I'm sure I'll be getting in shape really fast here. We ran track for 45 min. with warm up, exercises and 8 x 400m.

My new Adizero track shoes is 110 % approved! They made me feel like I could fly across the track! They are crafted for elite racing by master Japanese cobblers Omori and Mimura. The shoe only weight 170 g. and designed with energy-returning boost and a grippy Continental rubber outsole so you don't slip on the wet track. I only wear these shoes while running track and short races because they don't have the support for longer runs.
