Last night I ran the DHL relay. The worlds biggest relay race in CPH! 25.000 teams – 125.000 runners in four cities, 95 % are corporate teams last 5% are private. There are 5 runners on each team, and each person runs a 5k with a stick in their hand which is then handed to the next person. All the runners recorded time are added together, which gives the total time for the race. I ran the 5k race twice. First with Nbro running and after with my partner Youheshe.com.

Nbro Running had 12 teams in total competing against each other. The teams were mixed gender, and it was not about winning but having a good team spirit and lots of crew love!

The cheering and support is always amazing in Nbro running. After the race we all had BBQ and beers in the tent.
NO FINISH LINE! A very famous Nike quote… And no, there’s no finish line. In two weeks I will be running Powerade Half marathon which actually was my first last year… I can’t believe it’s only a year ago I did my first longer race. In one year I did 3 half marathons and one full plus a couple of 5-10k races. I think it’s called the “Nbro-effect”
