Easy sugar-free banana pancakes

The Worlds easiest pancakes to make: 2 eggs 1 banana 1 dl oats (gluten free) Pinch of salt Pinch of pure vanilla And a splash of milk Blend everything together. Then fry mixture on the pan in coconut oil. Enjoy… Tip: They taste amazing with peanutbutter! These pancakes are full of protein and energy. I usually eat them before a long run or workout. They are also good to have with you as a healthy snack during the day.
