ENERGY TAKEOVER STOCKHOLM

Last weekend I was invited to Stockholm with Adidas to attend the Nordic Energy Takeover! There were 25 Danish people invited including Danish ELLE Magazine, 9PR, bloggers, social media influencers and the 4 Adidas core runners who I train with. We have a lot of exciting new runs activations this upcoming summer. Stay tuned to get a space!

Boost Copenhagen is ready to rumble in matching outfits. WHAM BAM!

Everyone is ready to takeover the streets of Stockholm! I love my Ultra Boost running shoes… I also got my sister a pair.  She hasn’t taken them off since! These shoes are so comfortable!! Get them online: Adidas.dk

This race was different from the Boost London maze run! We all received a map with the 10K route. There was 4 “Energy Stations” who needed to be stamped on the map! But you could choose the way yourself… If you didn’t know Stockholm it was very easy to get lost we were told. So we decided to stay together in small groups!

In the end of the Energy Tunnel you surrounded by smoke and pink lights!

Third Energy station had music and fireworks!

I enjoyed every minute of this race. What a Takeover! Well done Adidas Stockholm. Thanks for having us!

Last but not least: The burning finish line!

Happy finisher who ran 1.5 km more than expected 😉 Sadly I got injured during the race! I was excited about it all that I jumped through a bench and landed wrong and twisted my knee… I didn’t noticed how bad it was until after we finished! My adrenaline and excitement took over! I still struggle with pain, but my doctor said there’s nothing I can really do except ice it and rest. Hopefully I’m able to run anytime soon!

After the race there was a afterparty with beer and a fun photo energy trampoline- I’m still waiting for my photo, but from what I remember we looked pretty funny!
