ESSENTIAL TO EXISTENCE

Magnesium and zinc is found in most foods, but especially green leafs, almonds and broccoli are rich in magnesium. However it can be difficult to get enough magnesium especially for a runner. I always take three PurePharma M3 (Magnesium) before I go to bed.

Magnesium helps my body in many ways, most importantly to reduce tiredness and fatigue and it contributes to electrolyte balance. It also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function.

This is important as it helps to prevent fatigue fracture, which is a frequent injury for long distance runners caused by abnormal stress on normal bones.

The M3 also contains Zinc, which contributes to the conversion of carbohydrates into energy, giving me an energy boost everyday and a little extra when I run.

Magnesium has a role in the process of cell division and contributes to normal protein synthesis and energy-yielding metabolism as well as normal functioning of the nervous system. All this helps boost my general health when I run around like a crazy person. Speaking of crazy magnesium also contributes to a normal psychological function.

Keeping me happy, healthy and on the run.
