GLUTEN FREE MATCHA PANCAKES
Disse banan pandekager er uden gluten, sukker og laktose. De er super sunde og nemme at lave. Jeg har lavet denne portion udfra min træning, og mit eget energi behov. Opskriften giver ca. 5 små pandekager og var en perfekt energi kilde før en times cardio cirkel træning med min personlige træner Joanna.
Opskrift: 1/2 moden banan, 1 æg, 2 spsk mandel mel, 1 teske chia frø, 1 knivspids matcha pulver.
Mos banan og æg sammen med en gaffel, og rør derefter resten af ingredienserne i dejen. Jeg steger altid mine pandekager i kokosolie, det giver dem et ekstra pift, og jeg syntes det smager vildt lækkert!
These banana pancakes are without gluten, sugar and lactose. They are super healthy and easy to make. I made this portion based on my training and my own energy needs. The recipe gives about 5 small pancakes and was a perfect energy source before an hour of cardio circuit training with my personal trainer Joanna.
Recipe: 1/2 ripe banana, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons almond flour, 1 teaspoon chia seeds, 1 pinch matcha powder. Mash bananas and eggs together with a fork, then add the rest of the ingredients in the dough. I always fry my pancakes in coconut oil, it gives them an extra touch, and I think it tastes amazing!
