HOMEMADE RAW VEGAN CASHEW YOGHURT

250 grams unsalted cashew nuts Juice of 3-4 lemons Water for blending until you feel the texture is like yogurt (Soak the nuts before blending if your blender is not that strong) 25 g of coconut oil to be blended in last. Blend blueberry extract or agave for extra flavour and sweetness. The yogurt should be refrigerated for about 2-3 hours before eating. Top the yogurt with granola and fresh berries.Enjoy!
