KICK A$$ OATMEAL

oatmeal 1 dl of oats 1 dl of water 1/2 dl of milk Tablespoon of Chia seeds 1 Teaspoon of peanut butter Pinch of salt 1 egg Put everything in a pan and mix up with the egg in the end. The eggs gives the oatmeal a creamy texture and full of protein.     This breakfast is very tasteful and full of energy which is very import for me right now because I’m training for the Chicago marathon in 5 weeks! Carbs and energy is very important before longer runs.
