RAW DAIRY FREE CHOCOLATE ICE-CREAM

3 dl soaked unsalted cashew nuts 1/2 dl water 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil 1 tablespoon cacao butter 2 tablespoons of agave 1 tablespoon of raw cocoa powder Pins of salt Approach: Blend all ingredients together. Put the raw ice-cream in a container with a tight lid. If u don’t have a ice-cream machine then stir in the ice every half hour approx. 4 times until the texture is thick and ice-cream like. Garnish with berries, fresh mint, chopped dark chocolate and serve chilled !
