Raw Vegan Almond Milk

100 gram of raw almonds
1 litter of water
3 dates
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla

Soak the nuts overnight with vanilla. Then add the dates and blend everything. Strain it through a colander.

 

I use almond milk in my coffee, desserts or just drink it chilled.

 

Raw Almonds are a great source of protein, vitamin E, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, and zinc. Because they contain healthy fats they keep you full longer. They’re great for your skin, hair, and nails. I usually carry a handful of raw almonds in my bag to snack on in between meals, as well as when I travel.
