START WITH A STRETCH


Stretching is a quick and natural way to bring new life into tired legs by improving circulation and preventing muscles from tightening up too much.

Start with a 5-10 minute light jog in your own pace to warm up and after tempo run with breaks:
60 second sprint
Rest for 60 seconds
120 second sprint
Rest for 120 seconds
120 second sprint
Rest for 120 seconds
180 second sprint
Rest for 180 seconds
Repeat X 3 times
Cool down with another 5-10 minute jog

Don’t be afraid to go like hell if you finish with a stretch. You never regret a good track session!
