Vegetarian bean patties

1 can of beans 2-3 carrots 1 red onion 1 teaspoon chili 2 spring onions 1 egg Salt and pepper 1 teaspoon cumin 2 cups rolled oats Start by blending the beans. Place this in a bowl. Then chop carrots, onions and scallions and place in blender. Blend crude. Add this to the bowl with the beans. Add oatmeal in the blender and grind it into flour. Put all the remaining ingredients in the bowl and stir. Panfried in olive oil for about 15 min. Enjoy !
